No complicated legalese - just a simple statement:

All personal information you provide the Committee to Elect Dave Belgard (the Campaign) will only be used by the Campaign and will not be sold or given to any outside party except where necessary to support the Campaign's activities.

Examples of this would be providing donor information to the required campaign finance authorities or providing a list of addresses to a service used to send campaign mailings.
